This follow-up narrative inquiry explores test anxiety among second-year Bachelor of Elementary Education students at Bataan Peninsula State University – Dinalupihan Campus, extending an earlier study of first-year students. Drawing on interviews with fifteen participants and guided by the Westside Test Anxiety Scale, it identifies the principal triggers: physical and emotional stress, difficulties with mathematics and language subjects, and the complexity of course content. The study also documents the coping strategies students rely on – peer support, family encouragement, and self-directed learning – and shows how these help them regain confidence. From these findings the researchers developed a podcast, “Academic Equation to Normalizing Test Anxiety”, as a practical tool for raising awareness and supporting students before examinations.
