The respondents in the study consisted of all academic managers currently employed during the second semester of school year 2013-2014 at Far Eastern University (FEU), Manila Campus. These academic managers are the Deans, Associate Deans, Program Heads, and Assistant Program Heads in the six institutes of FEU.
