Academic Manager’s Leadership Behavior in Response to Reform Initiative

This study focused on academic managers’ leadership behaviors in response to reform initiatives which were undertaken at Far Eastern University during the academic year 2013-2014. The respondents in the study consisted of all academic managers currently employed during the second semester of school year 2013-2014 at Far Eastern University (FEU), Manila Campus. These academic managers are the Deans, Associate Deans, Program Heads, and Assistant Program Heads in the six institutes of FEU.
