This book is representing the leading legal issues in some selected countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. It is a result of joint efforts of senior Advocates, senior members of academic staff and PhD Scholars from local and international universities in and outside Africa. Their long term services in the field of law, has contributed a lot in making this book project in reality.
