About the authors

Peter Esuh, Ph.D. is a Professor of Corporate and Marketing Communications and Applied Rhetoric, University of Uyo, Nigeria. He is the Pioneer Dean, Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, University of Uyo. A spirited academic cum university administrator who is equally productive in his community service; Esuh is currently the Chairman, Akwaibom State Land Use and Allocation Committee.

Joseph S. Rishante, Ph.D. is a Professor of Multimedia and Visual Communication, American University of Nigeria. Formerly, he was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Taraba State University where he held several other administrative positions such as the Pioneer Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Rishante also served as the Commissioner of Education in Taraba State.

Ritchard T. M’Bayo, Ph.D. (of blessed memory) was a Professor of Communications and Multimedia Studies, American University of Nigeria. He also taught at several universities in Africa and the United States such as the Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, Bowie State Universityand was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Lagos among others. M’Bayo also served as a United Nations consultant in Mass Communications to the government of Sierra Leone.
